TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. I understand that the purpose of this form is to ELECTRONICALLY submit my email address to the Office of Bar Admissions so that I can receive information regarding Laptop Testing at the designated time.
   
2. I understand that submitting my email address electronically DOES NOT register me for laptop testing.
   
3. I understand that Laptop Registration DOES NOT register me for the Bar Examination. The laptop fee is separate from and in addition to the regular Bar Exam Application charges.
   
4. I understand that my email account must remain active until Bar Examination results are released. Any email address change must be submitted to the Office of Bar Admissions in writing.
   
5. I understand that all email notifications regarding Laptop Testing will be sent to me at the email address I have provided.
